Package 2 offers comprehensive coverage of your special day with a professional team of two photographers and two videographers, ensuring that every moment is captured from multiple perspectives. This package includes high-quality images from the hotel, ceremony, and reception, along with a dedicated photoshoot featuring the ‘Home Studio Package’ for a refined and professional touch. A professionally edited 3-minute montage will also be created to highlight the best moments of your wedding.  

Additionally, a 5-minute interview session with the parents or guardians of the bride and groom will take place two days before the event, adding a personal and emotional element to your wedding memories. This session will be conducted either at the home of the parents/guardians or in their hotel, requiring a professional setup that takes 1-2 hours to ensure the highest quality recording.  

Equipment Used on the Day 

 

To guarantee high-quality coverage, the following professional equipment will be used:  

 

- Camera: Canon M50 Mark II, BlackMagic 6K Pro

- Lenses:  18-135mm lens, 85mm lens (with Viltrox Mount Adapter), 24-70mm lens  

- Storage: Four SD cards (Three 128GB, One 64GB)  128GB C-Fast x2

- Power Supply: Three batteries (Canon), Three batteries (BlackMagic) 

- Monitoring Gear: PortKeys monitor, monitor battery, HDMI Micro USB to HDMI in  

- Audio: Canon microphone  

- Lighting & Accessories:  ND Filter 67mm (Nano-B), Photoolex flash, external flash, magic arm  

- Other Essentials: iPad, MacBook, Table, camera bag, tripod  


 

The final images and montage will be delivered within 1-2 weeks.  

Payment Details  

  • Once the booking is confirmed, a pre-invoice will be sent along with a £50 security fee. This fee serves as a contract, outlining all agreed-upon details. If both parties are satisfied, the £50 will be deducted from the total package fee.  

 

  • After confirmation, a meeting will be arranged to discuss the venue and other important details.  

 

  • Full payment must be made at least 24 hours before the booking date. Failure to do so will result in a £50 late payment fee.  

 

  • Editing of pictures is included in the package, with no additional charges for post-production.  

 

  • Once full payment has been received, the final images and montage will be delivered via Google Drive, WeTransfer, and a website link.  

 

  • A printing service will be available on the day, with the following additional fees:  

 

  • £20 per printed image  

  

  • £5 per digital image via AirDrop  


The total cost for Package 2 is £1,450, with a £100 deposit required. 

Package 1 provides a professional photographer/videographer to capture your special day, ensuring that every key moment from the hotel, ceremony, and party is documented with precision and creativity. This package includes a dedicated photoshoot and a 30-second preview video, offering a beautifully edited glimpse of your wedding highlights.  

 

With a quick turnaround time of just 1-2 weeks, you won’t have to wait long to relive your special memories.

- Audio: Canon microphone, Rode Mic (Wired)
