All services are subject to availability and agreement.

 

Bookings & Agreements

 

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing (email, message, or contract).

  • A booking is considered confirmed once agreed terms (including fees and dates) are accepted.

  • Additional services requested after the agreement may incur extra charges.

 

HundoFacts LTD reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings at its discretion.

 

Fees, Payments & Expenses

 

  • Fees will be agreed upon before the commencement of services.

  • Deposits may be required to secure bookings.

  • Full payment must be made within the agreed timeframe.

  • Late payments may result in delayed delivery of work.

 

All prices are exclusive of additional expenses unless stated otherwise.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

 

  • Client cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds, if applicable, are at the discretion of HundoFacts LTD.

 

If the Company must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or refund where appropriate.

 

Creative Control & Artistic Style

 

Clients acknowledge that:

 

  • HundoFacts LTD retains creative discretion over style, editing, and final output.

  • Artistic decisions are subjective and based on the Company’s professional judgement.

  • Minor variations in colour, composition, or editing style are not grounds for refunds.

 

Intellectual Property Rights

 

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

 

  • HundoFacts LTD retains copyright and intellectual property rights to all photographs, videos, and creative content produced.

  • Clients are granted a licence to use the content for agreed purposes only.

  • Content may be used by HundoFacts LTD for portfolio, promotional, or marketing purposes.

 

Unauthorised reproduction, resale, or alteration of content is prohibited.

 

Client Responsibilities

 

Clients agree to:

 

  • Provide accurate information and requirements

  • Obtain necessary permissions for locations, participants, or third-party content

  • Ensure cooperation during shoots, filming, or workshops

 

HundoFacts LTD is not responsible for delays caused by client actions or omissions.

 

Workshops, Education & Youth Activities

 

  • Participation in workshops may require consent forms.

  • For minors, parental or guardian consent is mandatory.

  • HundoFacts LTD follows safeguarding and professional conduct standards.

 

Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in removal from activities without refund.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

 

  • HundoFacts LTD shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.

  • Liability is limited to the value of the services provided.

  • The Company is not responsible for factors beyond its control (weather, equipment failure, third-party interference).

By engaging with our services, you consent to data processing as outlined in that policy.

 

Third-Party Platforms
